ORDER
26.09.2026
1. On 11.02.2026, learned counsel for the parties were directed to obtain instructions and apprise the Court as to whether the services of the petitioners had been regularized during the pendency of the present petition.
2. Today, no instructions have been received in this regard. Further, none appears on behalf of the petitioners. The absence of the petitioners and their counsel, despite the aforesaid direction, indicates that the petitioners are no longer interested in prosecuting the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution, along with the connected application(s), if any.
3. Any interim order, if subsisting, shall stand vacated.
