1. None appears for the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent has already filed a compliance report, whereby the plea of the petitioner for removing his name from the list of OGWs as well as from the record of P/S Basantgarh has been rejected vide order dated 28.10.2024. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition and, if the petitioner still finds himself aggrieved, he may file appropriate proceedings to challenge the said order. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of.
