Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the charge-sheet in pursuance to FIR No. 26/2021 dated 24.08.2021, under challenge, has already been presented way back on 22.11.2021 and, therefore, this petition has been rendered infructuous. Otherwise also, by now, the trial must be nearly in completion. So, this petition is, accordingly, dismissed as being rendered infructuous.
