For the last two consecutive dates of hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants. Today also, when the case was called, nobody turned up to represent the appellants. It seems that the appellants have lost interest in prosecuting the instant appeal any further.
In view of the aforesaid, the instant appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution along with connected application(s), if any.
