1. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that with the afflux of time, instant matter has been rendered infructuous.
2. Be that as it may, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners have lost interest in prosecution of this petition.
3. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed in default of appearance and for non-prosecution.
4. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
