ORDER

1. Impugned in this Letters Patent Appeal is an interim order dated 15.05.2026 passed by the Writ Court in WP(C) No. 1346/2026, whereby the appellant has been permitted to participate, through applicable mode within the stipulated period, in such tenders in which the date of online participation has been extended.

2. The appellant is aggrieved by the said order and has filed this appeal on the ground that the same does not preserve the lis and in case, better interim directions are not passed, the writ would become infructuous.

3. Since the matter is yet to be considered by the Writ Court in light of the objections to be filed by the respondents, we do not deem it appropriate to pass any directions at this stage. The appeal is, thus, dismissed.

4. Let the writ petition come up for consideration on 30.09.2026. By that time, the respondent-UT shall file its objections positively.
