ORDER

19.09.2026

1. Vide order dated 12.01.2026, notice was issued to the respondent. Thereafter on 08.05.2026, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Even steps for effecting service upon the respondent have not been taken by the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting the petition. The petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

2. Interim direction, if any shall stand vacated.
