ORDER

1. This case was last listed on 06.06.2026, when there was no appearance on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Today also, none appears.
2. Although, the case is listed in Supplementary Cause List-1 for consideration as to whether it admits of reference to mediation but the non-appearance of the counsel for the petitioner can invite only one outcome and that is dismissal of the case for non-prosecution.
3. Accordingly, the case is dismissed for non-prosecution, and the interim direction shall stand vacated.
4. A copy of this order be forwarded by the Registrar Judicial, Jammu to the Tehsildar Kishtwar to carry out the intended course of action in terms of Notice No. 3423-31/OQ/Gen dated 22.11.2022.
