1. Mr. Abhimanyu Sharma, learned Advocate, appearing for the petitioner, through CM No. 3503/2026 is seeking withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one, citing a formal defect in the institution of the writ petition related to the fact that the petitioner ought to have come in its joint venture status rather than in its individual status with respect to the cause of action attending the writ petition.
2. In view of the above, the main writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one by or before 09.10.2026.
3. Application stands disposed of.
