ORDER
18.09.2026
This is a petition for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for willful disobedience and non-compliance of order dated 27.01.2017 passed by this Court in SWP No. 114/2017. The order is an interim order passed in the petition which has since been transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal. The instant contempt petition is, thus, not maintainable before this Court. The instant contempt petition is, therefore, dismissed with a liberty to the petitioners to file and pursue the contempt petition before the Tribunal if the interim order dated 27.01.2017 is yet to be complied with by the respondents.
