On the last two dates of hearing there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Today also, when the case was taken up, nobody turned up to appear for the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners are left with no more grievance against the non-compliance of the order alleged in this contempt petition. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
