1. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on the last two consecutive dates of hearing, i.e., on 26.05.2023 and 09.03.2026. Today, also when the matter was taken up, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting the matter.
2. Accordingly, the matter is dimissed in default of appearance and for non- prosecution. (SINDHU SHARMA) JUDGE
