ORDER

16.09.2026

The issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court in a batch of writ petitions with lead case WP(C) No. 3173/titled “Union of India and Ors. versus Nirman Singh Jamwal”, which has been upheld by Hon’ble Supreme Court in case titled “Union of India and Others Vs. Col. NC ISAAC (Retd.)” 2026 INSC 993. In view of the aforesaid, we do not find any merit in this petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
