1. The instant petition has been filed in the year 2024 and notice was issued to the respondents on 23.01.2024.
2. Till date, the petitioner has not taken steps for effecting service upon the respondents.
3. None appears on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the present petition.
4. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
