There was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on the last two consecutive dates of hearing, i.e., 12.07.2024 and 04.12.2024. Today also, when the matter was taken up, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners. It is thus evident that the petitioners have lost interest in pursuing the present writ petition.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed in default of appearance and for non-prosecution.
