ORDER

(08.09.2026)

01. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner for the last several dates of hearing and, admittedly, the petitioner has not appeared in the matter since the year 2023. The continuous absence of the petitioner clearly shows that he has lost interest in prosecuting the instant petition. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

02. Interim directions, if any, shall stand vacated.

(RAHUL BHARTI) JUDGE JAMMU
