Notice in this petition was issued on 02.07.2018 and steps for service of the respondents have not been taken. Vide order dated 06.04.2026, the petitioners was granted last and final opportunity of two weeks’ to furnish fresh particulars and take requisite steps for service of the respondents.
Today when the matter was taken up, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners nor any step for service of the respondents has been taken by the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the present petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed in default of appearance and for non-prosecution.
