1. The record reveals that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 15.05.2025 and, thereafter, when the matter was listed on 18.09.2025, a request for adjournment was made. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Thus, an inference can be drawn that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the instant petition.
2. The instant petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
3. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
