Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that the judgment dated 01.02.2018 passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench in LPASW No. 190/2011 stands implemented.
In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for consideration in the present review petition. Accordingly, the review petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
