ORDER
21.08.2026
1. Compliance report stands filed on behalf of the respondents, a perusal whereof reveals that the funds which were available in the Division amounting to Rs. 38,622/- were submitted in the treasury and was credited in the account of the petitioner on 28.10.2025 and after receiving the funds to the tune of Rs. 1,50,000/- on 24.01.2026, the balance amount of Rs. 1,46,378/- has been submitted to the treasury on 28.01.2026 for crediting in the Beneficiary account.
2. In view of the compliance report, proceedings in the present contempt petition are closed, however the petitioner shall be at liberty to get the same revived in the event the grievance of the petitioner still survives.
