ORDER

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall stand redressed in the event, respondent No. 2- Executive Council, Central University of Jammu is directed to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the communication dated 14.05.2026.
2. In view of the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the communication dated 14.05.2026, in accordance with the rules, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
