ORDER

(19.08.2026)

1. The petitioner, through the medium of the present petition, seeks a direction to the learned Principal District Judge (Family Court), Jammu for effectively complying with its own order dated 18.02.2026 whereby in an application filed under Section 488 of the old J&K Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) of 1898 which corresponds to Section 125 of the Central Cr.P.C, the petitioner was granted monthly maintenance of Rs. 15,000/- per month. It is alleged that the respondent has not paid a single penny out of Rs. 12,00,000/- which has been calculated as arrears.
