18.08.2026
1. In the compliance report filed by the respondents, it is stated that in compliance to order which is subject matter of the present contempt petition, notice was issued but has been stayed by this Court vide order dated 24.11.2025.
2. In view of above, the present contempt proceedings are closed with liberty to the petitioner to get the same revived subject to the decision of WP(C) No. 3299/2025.
