ORDER

(18.08.2026)

01. Learned counsel for the petitioner had sought an adjournment on the very first date of hearing, i.e., on 07.08.2026, before this Bench, submitting that the parties are striving to enter into an amicable settlement and thereafter, on the next two consecutive dates of hearing, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner, which suggests that the parties may have entered into a compromise and that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting this petition.

02. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution, alongwith all connected application(s).
