01. IO, SI-Maan, of Police Station, Channi Himmat, Jammu, is present and submits that investigation of the case has been finalized ‘as not admitted’ for submission before the court of law and has also produced a copy of the final brief in support of his contention.
02. In view of the contention of the Investigating Officer and the final report formulated in the investigation, the present petition filed by the petitioners seeking quashment of FIR No. 0035/2022 dated 12.03.2022, registered at Police Station, Channi Himmat, Jammu, under Sections 341/323/504/506 IPC, has been rendered infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of.
03. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
