01. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the development that the case FIR has been transferred to District Ramban from District Leh, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one. His statement is taken on record.
02. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith all connected application(s), with liberty as prayed for.
03. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
