01. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that the petitioner has not imparted any instruction with regard to the further prosecution of the present petition. Statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner are taken on record in support of their contentions. It thus, appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting this petition.
02. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution, alongwith all connected applications.
03. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
