01. Learned counsel for the official respondents submits that she has been instructed that the closure report ‘as not admitted’ in the case, has been filed before the Jurisdictional Magistrate.
02. In view of the statement of learned counsel for the official respondents, that the investigation of the case has been closed ‘as not admitted’, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of.
03. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
