1. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this petition. His statement is taken on record.
2. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, in case the petitioner approaches the competent forum in terms of order dated 30.01.2026 passed by the J&K State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Jammu, the limitation shall not come in its way.
