Respondent No. 3 has appeared in person, however, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and respondent No. 3 have entered into a compromise, and, he has instructions from the petitioners to seek withdrawal of the petition so that they may enter into compromise before the Court below as and when the charge sheet is laid. Respondent No. 3 has echoed the contention raised on behalf of the petitioners. Statements of both the parties are taken on record.
In view of the statements made, the present petition is, dismissed, as withdrawn, alongwith connected application(s).
Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
