Rakesh Maini-Investigating Officer (IO) is present and submits that the investigation has been concluded in the case as not admitted. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the statement made by the IO, he has instructions not to press this petition any further, which is otherwise rendered infructuous. His statement is taken on record. Closure Report be submitted before the competent court of law, wherein, the respondent/complainant shall be at liberty to contest the matter.
