ORDER

1. In terms of order dated 03.02.2025, the writ petition preferred by the petitioners was disposed of by directing the respondents to treat the same as representation and accord consideration to the claims of the petitioners in accordance with rules.
2. Statement of facts stands filed by the respondents, whereby consideration order has been passed, meaning thereby, the order dated 03.02.2025, non-compliance of which has been reported to this Court, stands complied with by the respondents in its letter and spirit.
3. In view of the above, proceedings in the instant contempt petition are closed with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy as available under law.
4. Disposed of.
