ORDER
10.08.2026
1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner for commanding the respondents not to construct road from the land of the petitioner measuring 8 Kanals 10 marlas under Khasra No. 849 min situated at Village Planger, Tehsil Thannamandi District Rajouri without adopting due course of law.
2. Respondents in turn have filed the response stating therein that no proposal for construction of road with the petitioner is in knowledge of the official respondents and also no such notification has been issued.
3. In view of the above, no further directions are required to be issued.
4. Accordingly, disposed of.
