ORDER

07.08.2026

1. On the last two consecutive dates of hearings i.e. on 17.07.2026 and 29.06.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, when the case was called, none has caused appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest to pursue this petition.

2. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed in default of appearance and for non-prosecution.
