1. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. So was the case on the last date of hearing as well.
2. Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that after investigation of the case registered & arising out of the impugned FIR, charge-sheet has been laid before the trial Court.
3. The absence on part of the petitioner suggests that the petitioner has lost interest to prosecute this petition, any further in view of the development of filing of charge-sheet.
4. Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution, alongwith connected application(s), if any.
5. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
