ORDER
(07.08.2026) CrlM No. 1452/2026
1. The instant application has been filed by the applicant, seeking preponement of the date of fixed in the B A No. 155/2026.
2. For the reasons assigned in the application, coupled with the submissions made at the Bar, the same is allowed and the date fixed in the main petition is preponed from 11.08.2026 to today, i.e., 07.08.2026.
3. Application is, accordingly, disposed of. CrlM No. 1450/2026
4. This application has been moved by the applicant, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the main petition, being B A No. 155/2026, as having become infructuous consequent upon the arrest of the petitioner during the pendency of the petition.
5. For the reasons stated in the application, coupled with the submissions made at the Bar, the same is allowed and B A No. 155/2026 is dismissed as having become infructuous.
6. Application is, accordingly, disposed of.
