1. Mr. Anil Sethi, learned counsel for the petitioners in both the petitions submits that he does not want to press both these petitions, as such, he seeks withdrawal of the same.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, both the petitions, along with the connected applications, are dismissed as withdrawn.
