01. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners as accused, have entered into a compromise with the respondent No. 2- complainant and in such a situation, he has been instructed by the petitioners to seek withdrawal of the instant petition. His statement is taken on record.
02. Mr. Mohd. Rafiq Chak, learned counsel while appearing for respondent No. 2, has also not disputed the submission made on behalf of the petitioners.
03. Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn alongwith connected application(s), if any.
04. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
