ORDER
05.08.2026
1. The petitioner has challenged the order dated 02.04.2025, through the medium of the present petition.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the order impugned may be set aside and the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Jammu be directed to decide the said petition afresh in accordance with law.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 02.04.2024 is set aside. The learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Jammu, is directed to decide the said petition afresh and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. Needless to say that this Court has not examined the merits of the case of the parties.
