ORDER

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sale deed was presented for registration before respondent No. 5 but its registration has been refused. He further submits that the petitioner shall prefer an appeal against the order of refusal of registration. In the event, any such appeal is filed, respondent No. 4 shall consider and decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law.
