ORDER

27.07.2026

1. When learned counsel for the petitioner was specifically asked as to whether respondent No. 2 was served a copy of the order dated 02.04.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner pleads ignorance to the same.

2. Also, there is nothing on record to substantiate that the order dated 02.04.2025 was served upon the respondent No. 2.

3. In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed, leaving the petitioner free to file fresh in accordance with law.
