ORDER
27.07.2026
1. Learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of the order dated 18.02.2026. The same is taken on record.
2. A perusal of the order dated 18.02.2026 reveals that sanction has been accorded for release of Rs. 10.00 lacs in terms of Order No. 454-F of 2019 dated 24.10.2019 along with interest @ 6 percent in favour of the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, proceedings in the instant contempt petition are closed with liberty to the petitioner to get the same revived in the event amount is not released in his favour.
4. Disposed of.
