1. Through the medium of present application, the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the accompanied writ petition with liberty to file afresh.
2. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the writ petition bearing WP(C) No. 3006/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file afresh, if the cause of action still survives.
