1. Notice in this petition was issued on 09.02.2017. Thereafter, the matter came to be listed on 11.02.2026, when none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
2. Today also, when the matter was taken up for consideration, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It is, thus, evident that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present writ petition.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed in default of appearance and for non-prosecution, along with all connected application(s), if any.
