1. There is no representation on behalf of the appellants on the last two consecutive dates of hearing i.e. 14.07.2025 and 19.05.2026. Today also when the matter was taken up for consideration, none has appeared on behalf of the appellants. It is, thus, evident that the appellants are no longer interested in pursuing the present appeal.
2. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of appearance and for non- prosecution, along with all connected application(s), if any.
