ORDER
24.07.2026
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have settled the dispute, as such, the petitioner would not like to press the instant review petition and, accordingly, seeks its disposal, however, as the respondent No. 1 has filed a contempt petition, which has been consigned to record, so in the event of revival of that contempt petition filed by the respondent No. 1, the petitioner be granted liberty to get the present review petition revived.
2. In view of the above, proceedings in the instant review petition are closed with liberty to the petitioner to get the same revived in the event the respondent No. 1 gets the contempt petition revived.
3. Disposed of along with the connected applications.
