ORDER
21.07.2026
1. The applicant seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order and judgment dated 02.02.2026 passed by this Hon’ble Court in WP(C) No. 2807/2025.
2. A compliance report has been filed by the respondents, wherein, it is stated that the petitioner has been engaged as Assistant Professor in Geography in Bhaderwah Campus, University of Jammu, Bharderwah, purely on Temporary/Academic arrangement basis for the Academic Session 2025-2026.
3. Accordingly, the judgment dated 02.02.2026, stands complied with. The proceedings in this contempt petition are closed. The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again, in case, cause survives.
