1. The petitioner seeks implementation of judgment dated 13.03.2008, passed in SWP No. 250/2005. The petition was filed on 31.03.2017. Till date, neither notices have been issued nor any effort has been made to get the matter listed. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this petition.
2. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed in default of appearance and for non-prosecution.
