ORDER

01. Mr. Sumeet Bhatia, learned Govt. Counsel submits that the police, after investigation of the case, has concluded the investigation of the case registered vide impugned FIR, with the closure of the case, as no offence was made out against any of the accused including the petitioners. His statement is taken on record.
02. In view of the submission made by the learned Govt. Counsel on behalf of the official respondents and closure of the case as not proved, the petition has been rendered infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of, alongwith applications(s).
03. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
