ORDER
(05.06.2026)
01. It appears that the pendency of this writ petition has rendered it infructuous as the petitioner, who came forward with the present writ petition in her own name and reference while being in state of preventive detention custody in District Jail, Jammu, has served the detention period maximum prescribed under the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988, as such, this petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
